Discovery of water vitrification and development of cryo-electron microscopy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1987<\/strong>  Professor at l&rsquo;UNIL, Department of Ultrastructural Analyis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1998<\/strong>  Pr\u00e9sident of the Biology section with the chance to perform this assignment with Nicole Galland and Pierre Hainard, and to live at a moment when interesting things were happening in biology in Lausanne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2002<\/strong>  End of the assignment.
